Cut wire pellets are manufactured by cutting high-quality steel wire into precise cylindrical lengths. This wrought (drawn) steel structure is denser and tougher than cast abrasives, delivering significantly longer operating life.
Available in carbon steel and stainless steel grades, cut wire pellets offer superior economy for high-volume operations. After initial conditioning, the pellets round off to provide shot-like performance with the durability advantage of wrought steel.
